What's an API key?
A key that lets MomentMiner use Claude AI. Get one at console.anthropic.com. Create an account, add credits, and generate a key. Usage is billed by Anthropic at their current rates.
Does it upload my video?
No. Only the transcript text is sent to Claude's API. Your video stays on YouTube.
What platforms does it write for?
X, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, TikTok, Mastodon, Threads, and Facebook, each tailored to that platform's style and limits.
Is it free?
No subscription, no account with us. You bring your own Anthropic API key. Usage is billed directly by Anthropic at their current rates. Typically pennies per transcript.
What videos work best?
Workshops, streams, talks, interviews, podcasts, and any long-form recording where the good stuff is buried in the runtime.
Does "Generate Article" cost extra?
It makes a second API call to write a full editorial piece from your moments. Same rate as the initial scan, so roughly double the cost for that session. All other exports are instant and cost nothing extra.
