18 Avery-compatible presets: address (5160, 5161, 5162), shipping (5163, 5164, 5168), return address (5167), mini (5195), file folder (5366), name badge (5395), full/half sheet (5165, 5126), round (22807, 22808, 94501), square (22805, 22806), and rectangle (36461). Select from the toolbar dropdown.

Can I use my own handwriting font?

Yes! Create a free handwriting font at FontCrafter, then drag and drop the font file onto LabelCrafter. Your handwriting appears on every label.

How do I make labels line up when printing?

Select your exact Avery product number, download the PDF, and print at 100% scale — no page fitting or shrink-to-fit. Test on plain paper first. The PDF dimensions match Avery specs exactly.

Can I put different text on each label?

Switch to Sequence mode in the Layout tab. Type one label per line. Use a pipe character (|) to split text into two lines on a single label. Each line fills the next position on the sheet.
